I have had several disappointing appointments, and unable to get my money back. I have been a customer before the name change. Everytime I come to an appointment the provider or esthetician find a reason not to provide the service. It has been 3 different appointments and still cant get serviced! Its come back another day that you don't even have available.So I leave unserviced, gas and time and money gone and no apology and no convenient reschedule it's always we booked out. At this point refund my money and I can go to ideal image or anywhere else more accomodating, more customer service approach

I have been coming here for years and I have never had a bad experience here. I won a free filler from going to their Galentines event a couple of years ago, 10 out of 10. Im in the process of tattoo removal so Ill update my experience soon. Everyone from the front staff to the ladies in the back are beautiful and sweet!
