Auto XL Driving School is a Michigan based company and has been serving the community since 1994. Our instructors are licensed and certified by the State of Michigan to teach Teen Driver's Education. In addition to state certification our instructors are certified to teach the Michigan Basic Driver Improvement Course.
Auto XL Driving School uses the nationally renowned ADTSEA classroom curriculum, which is recommended by the State of Michigan. The exams that each student will need to pass in order to complete Segment 1 and Segment 2 are created by the State of Michigan and are based on the ADTSEA program. We also provide each student with our own study guide geared towards the ADSTEA program and the classroom manual How to Drive by the AAA foundation.

Segment 2 course fee is $50. Please note Segment 2 can be taken anytime after the student has been on a level 1 license (learners permit) at least 3 continuous months from the first day of the following dates start date. You must also show your driving log verifying at least 30 hours (including 2 hours of nighttime driving) were completed with a licensed parent, legal guardian.
