I would NEVER send a loved one here! They were horrible- staff not friendly! They were not available to meet with family! Staff was so rude and uncaring- left bruise on my family member! Family member is a diabetic and they have no options for diabetic food plan! Family member was there for 10 days before given a shower! Had to wait hours for pain meds! DO NOT SEND LOVED ONES HERE!

Elderly negligence, terrible call lights times, miserable administrative staff. Insurance fraud! Horrible and unfair to employees. They just delete all their bad reviews too! DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!

Horrible place, don't trust them to care for a family member. My husband's grandmother was sent from the hospital to this facility for rehab. After a hospital stay for dizziness and falling, she also had a rash, which was believed to be scabies ,which is highly contagious, and she was diagnosed with early stage dementia in the hospital. She was taken to the facility although she fell, she was able to walk by herself with a walker before being admitted. Once she was admitted to the nursing home, we made sure to keep communication with her social workers and nurses. We were constantly calling and

If I could give this place zero stars I would! My grandmother just got there last night and she is calling and wants out of there as fast as she can they werent very nice to her they wont give her, her own clothes! And she feels super uneasy with the people there I wouldnt send my dog to a place like this please dont send your loved ones there!

Nothing but problems with My Father here! I currently live in Florida which Makes it hard! Then you find out they have no phones in patients rooms and when you do call THEY Don’t ANSWER! Received special permission from “upper management” to be able and have a cake delivered for his birthday which is today Sunday and of course WAS TOLD NO because… there is no communication in this building!
