Community Village provides assisted living services in Mid-Michigan to adults over the age of 55. Our "needs assessment interview" guides us in creating a service plan reflective of the individual's current needs while respecting and encouraging their independence.

Our desire is to assist you in this difficult transition by providing answers and information. Independent Living - An individual has few if any medical problems and is very independent with activities of daily living.

Assisted Living Service Supplement: (based on score 26-50) $400/month added to daily rate. Transportation: fee for using Community Village transportation to physician appointment - $20/trip (vehicle is not always available for non-medical trips). Note: not to exceed 30 miles per round trip. Hair Care in our Beauty Salon: contact our beautician for the most current rates.
Assisted Living

General Definition of Assisted Living - An individual is still relatively independent in regard to activities of daily living, yet unable to live on their own. This living situation is also referred to as a personal care home or long-term residential care. Payment: private pay and possible Charitable Assistance Program.
Respite Care

General Definition of Respite Care - An individual is on a short-term stay at a facility with staff qualified to meet the individual's specific needs. The stay can range from a few days to a few weeks. This service is available for those times when you need to be away for several days or even a few weeks due to vacation, business, or personal needs.

A nutritious breakfast, lunch, and supper are daily served to residents with a menu planned specifically for the senior palate. Daily trash removal and spot cleaning of apartments. Public bathrooms are cleaned multiple times throughout the day. Our qualified staff administers, monitors, and tracks all resident medications to help each person maintain optimal health.
