A licensed massage therapist since 2001, I specialize in an integrated form of massage therapy that combines multiple techniques to meet my client's needs. I work on muscles, as well as tendons, ligaments, organs, joints, bones, the brain and the nervous system. Knowing your own body and finding the right people to support your journey toward health by offering excellent and effective care, is transformative.
It enriches our lives by increasing movement and fluidity and adds renewed vibrancy to everyday living by decreasing unnecessary pain and discomfort. That's why I do what I do.

Therapy
Report
For instance, I often incorporate Deep Tissue and Swedish massage into my sessions, but I choose not to detail them since they are more commonly known types of massage. The list below reflects my primary modalities and serves to broaden knowledge about what therapies exist and what they treat. I encourage my clients to think about their body holistically when exploring possibilities for treatment.
Areas of Focus

The conditions listed highlight the ones most commonly treated in my practice. While the list can inform you what may be possible for your particular situation, there are infinite conditions, areas, treatment and recovery plans that can benefit from massage therapy (eg., Carpal Tunnel or Thoracic Outlet syndromes).
Benefits & FAQ
Report
Stress is a factor in five out of the six leading causes of death: heart disease, cancer, stroke, lower respiratory disease, and accidents. Your massage or bodywork session will take place in a warm, comfortable, quiet room. Soft music may be played to help you relax. You will tuck yourself under and sheet and blanket, on a heated table especially designed for your comfort.
