Very dissatisfied with this agency and finally made the switch after several years.
- The receptionist was always rude, often not allowing us to speak with an agent and saying shell give them a message. Then we wouldnt hear back after weeks... on the off chance that we were able to speak with an agent, they would say they never got a message.
- Very poor communication.
- they did absolutely nothing when my parked car was hit by another vehicle. I had to call incessantly to get ANY information on how to process my claim or get the status. I sent the same police report to them several times
