Group Acupuncture Sessions: Currently running auricular (Ear) acupuncture groups which integrate relaxation skills, deep breathing and other skills to help you learn to find a peaceful state in the body. Group members all gather to work on a common goal, to improve their own wellness and control how he or she feels.

On learning about empathy and being human (great for educating little ones on the concept of being human versus focusing on our differences as little humans.) For all single or relationship people, this book has been monumental in most of the therapeutic work I have done with clients trying to understand their security needs and creating healthier attachments.

I do offer a sliding scale fee for those who fit criteria and ONE slot for a FREE WEEKLY appointment for a client without financial ability to attend therapy/no insurance. Please contact me and we can assess together if you meet the qualifications for this. I also am an OUT-OF-NETWORK provider. Most insurance plans also provide you with Out-of-Network benefits.
