My name is Patricia Butler and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice in the South Park area of Charlotte, North Carolina since 1991. I work with individuals (age 18 and over), couples, and groups. The decision to engage in therapy is an important decision and it is essential that clients experience a "good fit" with the therapist they choose.

I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services that span from therapy for depression and grief counseling to parenting support, couples counseling and beyond. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my clients individual needs to help attain the personal growth they're striving for.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I am on the BCBS panel and Aetna panels. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
