Zumba (R) combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and exercise combinations. Zumba is based on the principle that a workout should be fun and easy. It's a feel-happy workout that is great for both the body and the mind. Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system!

This class uses the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning, and total body toning. You'll learn a mixture of body sculpting movements and easy-to-follow dance steps. Body sculpting is a total body workout where the primary focus is resistance.

Circuit Training

Circuit training is the combination of strength and cardio exercises, repeated two to three times with little or no rest in between. Exercises are organized in a circuit with multiple stations, and each station has a different exercise that targets a specific group of muscles. Examples of equipment at stations include jump rope, dumbbells, medicine balls, physioballs, and weight training machines.
Cycling

A typical cycling class involves a single instructor at the front of the class who leads the participants through routines that are designed to simulate terrain and situations similar to riding a bike outdoors. Participant goals are based on heart rate, which can be measured by hand or by using a heart rate monitor, and ride-simulated variations in terrain by altering resistance and cadence.
