Minnesota title gave me the best service from any title company I've ever dealt with. I am a real estate agent and sold my parents house. It was not an easy transaction I had to navigate through the probate court system. My husband and I recently put our home up for sale by owner, and wanted to have a title agency help represent us through the process. Everything was on their website to get us started, including the general forms needed for buyers and sellers. They helped us from start to finish once we had a written offer. This company has been in business for over 30 years. Overall, great customer service and very professional. I would recommend Minnesota Title Agency to help in your home selling process.
