We roast Monday-Thursday and ship Monday-Friday. This schedule occasionally changes around major US holidays. We aim to send you the freshest coffee available, so depending on your selected shipping method, you can expect your coffee to be anywhere from 1-6 days off roast. Your account will automatically update the shipping rates if you are already a subscription customer.
