I am an insurance agent. I spoke to Cassandra on 12/23/2020 requesting a transfer of title for the sale of a home. The seller is a mutual client. She told me that she would send me an email with document. To date (12/26/2020) she still has not sent me the document. No contact from her at all as to why she did not send the document. I called her this morning to follow up. She told me today I am on a long list and she would get to me when my name "came up on the list". I then called her supervisor Beth as this mutual client needs her money. Beth was just as rude. Finally Beth acquiesced

A rather simple transaction was made extremely difficult and expensive because of their ignorant staff. After several hours and the expenditure of several thousand dollars they said "Yes we can do it" after saying they could not. I was fortunate to have an outstanding support team of real estate and legal professionals that overcame their incompetence. We yet, they never acknowledge they were wrong, never apologized. I fully concur with the review by Darren P, amazingly inept and horribly rude.

Horrible, horrible people/company to deal with, just amazingly inept at what they do!
- They make mistakes, cover up their mistakes and responsible employee for mistakes is never "in" to take a phone call.
- Cannot tally a balance sheet and when asked to explain charges and amounts that don't make sense, they get rude and disrespectful. They act like they are the only title company in town.
- They forgot to get paperwork signed, thereby holding up our closing and costing us more money in interest but still gladly take out their portion of the profit while their mistakes take

Yosemite Title is great! As a Realtor its important to have a great team to get a transaction closed and I know I can always count on Yo Title to get it done whether it's a 5 day escrow or 45 day escrow they have never disappointed me!
