Questions
What age groups do you accept?
We serve children from 3 months old through teenagers. Programs are categorized by developmental stages with specific age ranges for each class level.
Are parents allowed during classes?
Parents may observe through glass partitions but cannot enter the gym during sessions to maintain focus and safety for all participants.
What payment options are available?
Full payment is required at registration. We offer sibling discounts but do not specify particular payment methods in our current documentation.
Do you offer make-up classes?
Yes, make-up sessions must be scheduled within the same semester by contacting our office at 516.487.1437.
What should students wear?
Appropriate athletic attire is required. Leotards, shorts, and t-shirts are recommended. Street clothing and shoes are not permitted in the training areas.

I hate how this place has at least three stars. This is the worst place to send your kids. The owner Bill, cares mostly about money and making your kids feel bad about themselves. The former coach, Zac was very nice and kind, while patient with the kids but he left because my kid and her friends were rude and disrespectful. From what my kid and her friends said to me was the Chelsea told them that Zac left because of them which wasnt necessary. Bill also called my child ugly child which is so rude and lowers her self esteem. If you want to run a successful business DO NOT call

I loved bounce for the year that I did gymnastics! The coaches are so sweet, I improved so much, and I really think that this is an awesome place for the girls to make friends! The only reason I stopped going was because it started interfering with my school schedule. I totally recommend bounce gymnastics!!!

This is actually a great place to do gymnastics! Its kind of small but thats okay because its also a bit less expensive than the other larger gyms. The coaches are great, and my daughter really improved in gymnastics because of them. Its definitely a very sanitary place and contrary to one of the reviews I read, I really dont think that you need to be worrying about getting warts on your feet. My only complaint is that bill can be stingy and sometimes a bit rude. The vending machine is trash and when kids go and put their money in and nothing comes out, bill completely ignores them

It was very good , the people are good, the equipment is good, my face is good, my muscles are good, the snacks are good, bill is good, the kids are good, the bathrooms are good, and in general its just good. All is good. This review is good. Have a GOOD day.
