I normally don't like leaving 1 star reviews but this company deserves it. For starters - They DO NOT care for credit card safety. I experienced their Order team sharing someone else's credit card - including first name and last name over the phone with me while they were trying to processes our order with someone else's credit card and than seemed surprised when i told them that the card they just rambled off was not ours; nor do we have an employee by that name. When you ask a question such as - why did it take you 20 days to tell me that my credit card was declined BUT your order team says

Horrible customer service for starters! Second they sold me on the system and I never even got it installed in all my trucks to find out that it doesnt have live view feature and thats what I told them I needed from day one and had with another company in the past. So after weeks of back and forth on the phone and text for countless hours they decided they cant provide the feature I need at all. So the sales rep Adam told me I could return the equipment and they would reverse the contract and part ways at no more cost to me. Then I get a bill for 900.00 cancellation and 232.00 for another

Annoying! They won't stop calling after years of saying no!! I called these folks many years ago (over 10) and shortly after, decided not to make a purchase with them. They continue to hound me, call me, leave messages, even though I"ve told them repeatedly to take me off their list. I have blocked their number but they must be using different phone numbers to call. I don't understand why they haven't given up. Very annoying. Don't contact them unless you want an "annoying friend" for life.
