CUP PROFILE: Creamy milk chocolate with sweet caramel and hints of orange wrapped in delicious waffle cone. This coffee is sourced from family owned farms organized around the Gerbicho Lela Cooperative located in the district of Aleta Wondo within the Sidama Zone. The Gerbicho Lela Cooperative Union (SCFCU) is an umbrella organization established in 2001 to support a sustainable coffee supply from cooperatives in the Sidama region.

Our craft chocolate is sourced from the finest chocolate makers around the world. In addition to crafting delicious, award-winning chocolates, the makers share our values in promoting direct trade, sustainability and social causes. Goodnow Farms use 55 bottles of Boston Harbor Distillery's "Putnam Rye Whiskey" to craft this Special Reserve 77% chocolate, giving this bar an intense whiskey flavor.
