Live Long Pilates
Originally called Contrology, Pilates is a method developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th Century. The practice focuses on core strengthening and overall body conditioning, while improving flexibility, posture, and overall mind/body awareness. Pilates can be practiced on a mat or on various apparatus that were invented by the founder himself.

Pilates is not just for women or dancers in particular, but for everyone! We believe Pilates is for everyone, regardless of age, gender, or physical ability. With the proper instruction and ongoing dedication, anyone can reap the benefits of Pilates. Whether you are new to the practice or are an experienced practitioner, you will enjoy the enhanced quality of attention that comes with small group classes or one-on-one sessions.

Private sessions offer the benefit of one-on-one sessions customized to the individual's unique needs and goals. Semi Private sessions provide groups of close friends or family a more affordable alternative to one-on-one private sessions. We currently offer 2 or 3 person semi private sessions. Private and Semi Private Session packages are non-transferable and non-refundable and expire in one year.
