Our practice has a long history of providing quality, personalized care in Hillsboro. Dr. Joan Miller graduated from Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove and founded this practice in 1979. In 2006, Dr. Sarah Olmschenk graduated from Pacific University College of Optometry and joined Baseline Vision Clinic in 2015.
