I would definitely recommend this place. The check in process was quick and easy and they got me back right away. Dr. Trinh was thorough and answered all the questions I had (and many my 4 year old son had as well). She is very attentive to details and knows her stuff.

My experiences have always been fantastic at the 82nd Street location. Dr. Tran is a gem, and I look forward to seeing her every year. I've never had a bad visit with any of the staff at Lenscrafters, and highly recommend them.

Had an overall great experience. Easy to make an appointment. It was on time and I was super impressed with Dr and her knowledge and how she took time to go over the health of my eyes. So easy to talk to and work with. I highly recommend!!

Clackamas Town Center location
Went in for my 3rd follow up appointment to check how the trial lenses are fitting and to place an order for 1 year of lenses. Upon arrival I was told my mask (only mask I've ever worn, I own 5) was insufficient. I offered to line the inside of my mask with layers of tissue paper and was again told my mask was insufficient. I'm following the mandates and store policy. I've been to this site at least 6 times, to get perceptions, purchase glasses and trial lens appointments, with no issue until today. I'll be placing my order with another company.
