Very unprofessional and very poorly ran business. The manager was extremely rude. He called me two days before our jet ski time at 2 pm July 31st and said I have to break my group of 6 up into groups of 3 although there were 11 slots available for 2 pm that day. When we arrived an hour before our scheduled time there was a 20+ minute wait to get checked in. When we got checked in and filled out the endless paperwork one of the workers marked our check in time an hour later (the time the last member of our party completed their paperwork) and pushed our scheduled 2 pm slot back an hour without telling

My wife and I had an amazing time this weekend with our jet ski rentals! Management was so kind and flexible with us as the waves were very high and rough this weekend. We exchanged our 1 hour rental with a tandem for 2 individual jet skis for 30 minutes which was perfect. We definitely had a better time with 2 individual jet skis than we would have with a tandem due to the high waves. The workers took safety very seriously and gave us a thorough safety overview and answered all our questions as this was our first time on a jet ski. They also had a great sense of humor and everyone was very positive

Well. This might be my favorite chapter in adventures yet. Spent time downtown for my birthday weekend (busy) my girlfriend suggested this place and we booked it!
Got there and was greeted by an amazing staff and well organized company. His name is John I believe. Even arriving early called in letting them know we could possibly be late. With it being our first time. We understand the restrictions.
These things are POWERFUL and so is the lake. It's very rare to find a place like this. Even if I bought a jetskii, I'd come back over just to see them some more. Only regret was not doing this sooner

Nah please save your jet skiing for the Caribbean where you're not dodging cruise ships, other riders, and running thousands of dollars in deposits for a thirty minute ride. I didn't know they also did the Stray Cat cruise and a bunch of other things in the same area... It's only a 4 sq mi area. Booking was confusing which when combined with the weather led to no refund. It says $85 for the jet ski/ two riders, but you have to check the box for tandem for another $10... I figured I could add the rider if necessary when we got there but the water was bad so we weren't able to ride tandem! Our options
