As a family-owned operation, we combine craft brewing with irreverent humor and community spirit. Our journey began with a single homebrewing kit that sparked a passion for creating unique, small-batch beers with names as bold as their flavors. Over six years, we perfected our craft in the Colorado elements before opening our 4,000-square-foot brewpub in Thornton.Our menu features ever-changing artisanal beers, creative cocktails, and locally sourced food from The Loaded Squirrel kitchen, all designed to pair with laughter and good company. Satire is a great brewery with a creative collection of beers. They don't pin themselves to a particular style and even 'unintended results' get put on tap (looking at you Sour Kraut). I dig the fearless creativity and experimentation. The lineup is not intended to please everyone with everything but I would be surprised if you couldn't find a beer you really enjoy. Also, thank you for not having half your beers be an IPA (but yeah, they do still have a dank one and a juicy one). Get yourself a flight and do some experimentation of your own.
