What we specialize in is personal protection. Our clients - men, women, and children - come to us to learn practical street self-defense. Our approach to street violence is straightforward. There's nothing fancy in what we teach. And, it doesn't take years to learn. Although the subject matter we address is serious, the training environment allows students to have fun while they learn.

If you do register for a free class, please be sure to wear comfortable workout clothes and tennis shoes. We recommend gentlemen wear a protective cup (just in case). You might also consider bringing a pair of punching bag gloves (much of our conditioning involves hitting pads and heavy bags).
