Craft Beer Brewing
We produce over 900 barrels annually using a 7-barrel brew house with fermentation tanks ranging from 2-15 barrels. Our process combines traditional techniques with modern innovations like expedited souring. Taproom Tours
Our Lakewood facility offers guided tours showcasing our brewing equipment, fermentation process, and packaging line. Barrel-Aged Beers
We age select beers in 12 bourbon and chardonnay barrels for 6-24 months. This process imparts complex flavors of vanilla, oak, and stone fruit into imperial stouts, porters, and specialty ales. Our barrel program maintains consistent temperature control and regular tasting evaluations to ensure optimal maturation before release.

What are your taproom hours?
Our Lakewood and Colorado Springs locations are open Monday-Thursday 3PM-10PM, Friday-Saturday 12PM-11PM, and Sunday 12PM-9PM.
Do you offer brewery tours?
Yes, we provide guided tours of our Lakewood facility by appointment. Tours include equipment demonstrations, fermentation insights, and tasting samples from our current beer lineup.
What beer styles do you brew?
We specialize in hop-forward ales (Hazy/West Coast IPAs), modern lagers, barrel-aged stouts, and fruit sours. Our rotating taps feature experimental small-batch brews using local ingredients.
Are dogs allowed in the taproom?
Yes, both locations are dog-friendly with outdoor patio seating available for guests with pets. We provide water stations and treat samples for visiting dogs.

Great brewery/staff but the worst new trivia host. Miscounts answers, would not allow a recount, didn't give any warning before saying answers. Awful. Do not recommend trivia here until host is changed. (We miss Ben!)

Great atmosphere hosting the West Denver Bills Backers for the first game of the season! Best wings I've had since I've been in Denver from sha-Wing food truck. Great service, great people, new home on Sundays!

Went here on a Sunday night and sat outside. Wasn't very busy, but the beer was solid and the service was great. Really cool mountain wall on the left side of the taproom. Asked about the Buffalo Bills decor and was informed with was one of the go-to spot near Denver to watch the Bills game. I think it'd be a blast to be there for one!

I just moved down here from NY last year and was looking for a fun place to watch the game with people who are just like me. The wing truck out front on Sundays for the game. Phenomenal. The beer service. Amazing. The beers. Spot on. The atmosphere and staff. Perfect. My new Sunday home during the football season
