Lucky Dog was founded with the goal of enhancing each dogs day through fun and socialization. Daycare helps develop doggy social skills through interaction with people and other dogs- and it's fun (and tiring!) to boot. Pups that complete organized obedience training have a higher success rate on completing our evaluation process.
Our evaluations are 4 hours in length and by scheduled appointment only- we can accept no drop ins nor same day evaluations for dogs visiting the Dayton area with their families, and we offer no boarding/overnight services. Our loving and attentive caregivers work to give your dog the exercise it needs and help to develop your dog's social skills through interaction with people and other dogs. You see, at many daycare facilities, they focus on exercise and activity, without keeping an eye on controlling how hyped-up the dogs get.

My name is Jordan and I'm the manager of Lucky Dog Daycare. I've been working professionally with dogs for 19 years now and this is the third dog related facility that I've managed. Minimum age of 4 months (Pups under 1 year of age should complete a puppy or basic obedience class.). As a small facility, Lucky Dog is unable to accommodate dogs that are drop ins or simply visiting Dayton for a day or two. Each potential Lucky Dog Camper will have to pass an evaluation and meet our general Camper criteria outlined above under requirements.
