Ivanhoe Country Kennels, Stay and Play or Bed-n-Breakfast for Pets, is set on an open, airy rural stretch along State Route 42 in Lebanon, Ohio. We have more than 20 years of experience caring for dogs, and our primary goal is to give your pet a happy, healthy experience. We board dogs and cats in comfortable and sanitary kennels, with spacious indoor and outdoor runs.
We offer day care with five indoor and outdoor exercise yards. We provide expert grooming with state-of-the-art facilities, aroma therapy, heat lamps, gentle massage, etc. We provide expert behavior services. Our programs are modeled after the Canine Good Citizen Program, and we can help you have your pet certified if you wish.

We enjoy the successes of countless honors and awards with our dogs, as well as raising, training and placing puppies from our breeding programs. In more than 20 years of caring for our dogs, we have learned a great deal about the pet care industry. Ivanhoe Country Kennels got its start in 1981 as a result of a Father's Day gift.

We take pride that our superior pet boarding facilities maintain a dry atmosphere that is aromatically pleasant and sanitary. Our primary goal is to provide a happy and healthy experience for your pet. Our rates are based on the size of your pet. When compared to other facilities you should note that all our suites are X-large indoor/outdoor suites, and we do not have hidden costs for exercise, potty breaks or playtime.
Grooming

We are a full grooming service, and grooming is always available to pets while being boarded. Bath Plus is a double cleaning with a veterinary grade shampoo suited for your pet's coat, skin and age. The Bath Plus has become very popular because it is reasonably priced, your pet is very pleasant (which lasts for 10+ days), and several typical cleaning and grooming maintenance issues are routinely taken care of conveniently for you.
Training

At Ivanhoe Country Kennels Canine Academy we always treat your pet as though they have been trained. By sticking to a list of prescribed handling techniques many untrained dogs will begin to understand and after training may obtain the AKC Canine Good Citizen award. Stay & Play CGC Program: Using the AKC Canine Good Citizen protocols we will apply prescribed command cues and handling techniques while your pet is a visits our facility.

All our services include large indoor/outdoor state-of-the-art suites. All our services include outdoor playtime, treats, social time and potty breaks. We do not lure you in with a lower fee and then "up charge" the additional services for their pets comfort and enjoyment. We offer two services for your pet's enjoyment and well-being.
