Identify runability issues or malfunctions accurately via test rides and other diagnostic methods. Assist Service Writer, when requested, with writing up work orders, communication with customers, test riding, or any other issue which will help ensure customer satisfaction.

The Harley-Davidson Diner at South East Harley-Davidson is formerly Leo's Diner of Rochester, New Hampshire. The diner itself is a 1946 Worcester Dining Car ordered specially by Leo in 1946. The diner has gone virtually unchanged through the years and was operated solely by Leo until his death in 1985.
