Welcome to F4 Customs Motorcycle Windshields, home of the "Motorcycle Windshield Specialist" and the infamous "Steel Wool Test." F4 started with founder Don Frank's dream of flipping the motorcycle industry upside down with products that were a hands down first choice by motorcycle owners. The first product was the F4 Customs windshield.
In March of 2005, F4 Customs started daily operations launching the marketing and sales efforts on their new windshields. The company now has many different windscreens available for various models and many more in the design process. I recently purchased a +4 for my GL1500 at Wings Over the Smokies. The ride home to Northeastern PA was a visual pleasure despite the rain on Sunday. The raindrops just pooled to the edges of the shield leaving a clear field of optical clarity. My wife riding two up had a better ride home also, not getting buffeted from the wind.

This is the age-old question, "do I look through the windshield or over the top". It has been our experience with any other windshield due to clarity and rain shedding you should look over the shield. However with the "optical clarity" and "rain shedding" ability of the F4 Customs windshield you now have the option to have the extra protection that you can get from looking through and being behind the taller windshields.

F4 Customs LLC warrants that all products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. If upon receipt of the windshield you determine that you have a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately and do not install the windshield.
