Our niche is our dual commitment to quality and sustainability. We feature a wide selection of sustainable Fair Trade, Organic, Bird Friendly, and Rain Forest Alliance coffees. We also work directly with farmers and their families to bring you a variety of high-scoring microlot and estate coffees. Independently owned and operated, we are a small-batch coffee roasting company with two locations in Worcester, MA.

Baristas are our cafe's principal "brand ambassadors, " embodying our core values, providing outstanding hospitality, and demonstrating mastery of latte art and espresso extraction. They maintain our high standards and work closely with their teammates to delivery legendary customer service. The Cafe Shift Leader trains and leads our staff to meet our store goals on a daily basis.

For $20/month, join one of our two online subscription clubs, coffee or tea. Enjoy either two 6 ounce coffee samples or three 2 ounce tea samples delivered directly from our Roastery & Tasting Room. Our Roasting Team makes the selections, so you can relax and enjoy a steady stream of our thoughtfully curated, high-scoring, sustainable coffees or teas.

With construction underway on the two historic mill buildings next to our roastery, our new Barista Campus & Microcinema is up next. This spring, after grabbing a latte at our Roastery & Tasting Room, step through a new door and tune in to a free screening of a timely documentary using your earbuds and smart phone.

Acoustic Java is excited and proud to announce the establishment of a new premiere coffee campus. Introduction to Coffee is an ideal course for anyone who is new to the coffee industry or just has an interest in this wonderful drink. It charts coffee's journey from its "birthplace" in Ethiopia to the major commodity it is today.
