We want to let our customers know that, as a company, we have always maintained a high sanitary environment. With that said, we have increased sanitary best practices even more. Employees are washing their hands more, every 15 to 30 minutes and they are formerly questioned about their contacts with others and temperatures are taken on a regular basis.

The Canyon Bistro is celebrating 12 years in Topanga, Ca., located in the canyon between the valley and Malibu. It all started with nearby Cafe Mimosa 14 years ago and I have really enjoy being a part of the Topanga community.

We pride ourselves on our boutique wine list. Our wine vendors are passionate about getting us fine wines at reasonable prices. French wines in particular are a great value at the bistro. Not many restaurants offer a fine Sancerre by the glass. We cover many regions in France - Cote du Rhone, Bordeaux St.
