I would give this hospital 1 star if it werent for the incredible blonde nurse named jennifer. every time ive taken my mom here its been a traumatic experience but jennifer always saves the day, helps where others fall flat, and goes above and beyond to be comforting, informative, and empathetic. she deserves a raise. this hospital is still better than the granbury hospital. always choose the glen rose ER over the granbury ER.
if all of the staff was more like the nurse i talked about, this place probably have 5 stars. Beth is not helpful at all. beware of beth. i told her my mom was bleeding

Had my colonoscopy done there. Very professional. Everyone was very accommodating. Even called me the next day to make sure I was doing well! Very clean. Great for a small town hospital!

Excellent care for my wife after she was hit on her bicycle by a speeding truck. Multiple injuries and surgeries followed and they were caring, professional, and communicated very well. They were responsive to her and to me when I needed info. We could not have been treated better. After a bad experience at the Granbury ER, this was such a huge difference.

The staff at Glenrose Medical Center are professional, courteous, and accommodating. Laura Hatch is excellent at listening, explaining conditions, and building patient-provider connection. Dr. Michael Davis is very knowledgeable and personable, although I did not spend as much time in consultation. The office staff are easy to work with and helpful.
