Richard the owner was so nice. He talked with us on the phone for a while before we decided to drive the 2 1/2 hours. He reassured us of everything and he stayed true to what he said!They were so kind and helpful. I had 8 tattoos removed in one day, and we drove all the way from Abilene. They made us feel right at home and were very thorough during the entire process. I plan on continuing to have my tattoos removed here and I honestly wouldn’t consider going anywhere else! Thank y’all so much!

I have been to skin deep for pico, tattoo removal, Botox and peels. Megan is amazing and my skin has never looked better! She pays exceptional attention to my goals and concerns, I trust her completely to recommend my services and products. Dr. Reihm has a conservative approach to Botox and fillers which is always appreciated! Richard is always helpful and inviting and their confirmations and ease of scheduling makes it doable for someone with a busy schedule. Cant say enough about how great skin deep is!

Update: 4 appointments in one week sir please. We both know thats not true. Not only are you rude. But youre also dishonest. If it was your policy to part ways with missed appointments, why would you ever allowed 4 appointments to be missed! Sad that you have to result to lying to defend your bad attitude. I have been a loyal customer for 6+. I missed an appointment as we had an unexpected situation come up at work and I was unable to attend. I rescheduled for the next day and informed them that I wasnt 100% sure I could make it but I would try. Unfortunately, I was unable to go

PLEASE NEVER GO HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY!! I honestly feel so sorry for the entire staff that has to work with the front desk guy Richard having to deal with this guy is a NIGHTMARE. Trying to get any kind of help or simply scheduling/rescheduling an appointment with him will get you absolutely no where but anger management classes. I really hope they find a replacement soon! I love coming here but firmly believe Richard will be the downfall of this entire place!!!!
