Absolute Pilates
Absolute Pilates has been serving metro-Atlanta since 2006. We have a fully equipped studio in Woodstock, GA and are dedicated to providing a peaceful, friendly environment where individuals can be encouraged and optimal results can be obtained. Absolute Pilates embraces the traditional Pilates Method based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates.

We also incorporate contemporary and innovative techniques appropriate to the needs of each client. Absolute Pilates was voted "Best Pilates Studio in Atlanta" by Best of Atlanta Magazine in 2013. Our highly qualified, accomplished instructors provide exceptional training and have completed comprehensive certification programs.

Our premiere studios offer private, semi-private and group sessions on the Reformer, Circuit classes on the Jump Board, Chair/Tower classes, Mat and Barre Classes. After 28 years of teaching ballet and jazz, Audrey Stever decided to further her education by studying and training to teach pilates. Having experienced the pilates method as a former dancer, Mrs. Stever was very familiar with the traditional work of Joseph Pilates and the many benefits one can receive from pilates.
