Was very impressed with the customer service here when I called to get a quote to repair a dent on the back hatch of my car. David was very energetic and friendly. He followed up every phone call and email quickly. Mike did an amazing job and made the back hatch look like new. We had one concern when we checked the car before we left, but it was fixed to our satisfaction. The car was even ready a few days before we were told it would be! Highly recommend this company to anyone who needs bodywork done.

Had a great experience with them. Faith was great from the start and the whole process was convenient for me from the very beginning. I got a nice rental truck and in the end Bruno delivered the car to me looking better than it was before the hail damage. Good as new! Also appreciate the updates throughout the process and overall good communication when I had questions.

Dent mechanic group came knocking on my door advising me they can assist me will hail damage from a hailstorm that happened randomly during the summer of 2021. They assured me no out of pocket cost meaning my deductible would be waived and I would get a free rental while I wait for repairs to be done. Marinola filed the claim with my insurance company right at my front door and scheduled the next day for my car to be picked up and/or dropped off at repair shop. Since I had a lot going on already I decided to drop my vehicle off at the shop and pick up the rental from the shop. It was quick and

I reached out to the Dent Mechanic Group and spoke to David Gorena. David sent me an email requesting that I provide him with 3 photos of the dent in my car. David advised that they would promptly get back with me after they had a chance to review the photos. I did not hear back from anyone after a week so I replied to Davids email and also left two messages for David at his office. I still have not received any response.
Based on my experience I would not recommend Dent Mechanic.

This shop took care of my dad's car. He was a little hesitant when Marianela came to our door, but this was the shop with the best reviews. She explained everything thoroughly, we never paid a deductible, and they gave my dad a car to use while his was being repaired. Will definitely recommend!!!!

I had hail damaged back in February and decided to have my car fix. ZACHARY, the Over enthusiastic mechanic, dropped his card by my car and with that big wide white teeth smiles, he ensures me they will take care of the big dents. I was sold out by his Professionalism, integrity approached while he representing his company. He stuck by me and communicated with throughout he end of the process. This company is awesome! They repaired hail damage to the roof of my car & not only did they do an excellent job, but the staff was more professional than any other service Ive ever used. Mark G brought my rental car to me & kept me updated on the progress. And David G went above & beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with their work. I also have a scrape on one of my doors & I will definitely go back to Dent Mechanic to repair this issue, too!
