At Access Veterinary Care, your pets are our family too. We are 100% locally owned, accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association, and dedicated to providing the most comprehensive and compassionate care in Southern Indiana. Our Jeffersonville office is just seconds north of 265. In New Albany we're at 3105 Grant Line Road, right by Community Park and Walmart.

Two locations means added convenience and increased medical and treatment options for your family. If there's an answer, we have the tools to find it. In addition to digital xrays and blood testing, we're also the only clinic in the area with diagnostic ultrasound capability on staff. Your pet needs dental care just like you do - in fact, the mouth is the most common place painful problems hide.

Annual or semi-annual physicals, with screening tests and vaccinations as indicated, are essential to keep pets healthy and identify problems early. The majority of common pet health problems, from allergies to ear infections, can be diagnosed and addressed on-site. Many diseases, such as arthritis, hypertension, and diabetes, may be more accurately assessed and managed in the home environment.

Are you managing a pet with a chronic disease like diabetes, heart failure, high blood pressure, or arthritis? We are here to help with the most up-to-date therapies available at our office at 5012 1/2 E Hwy 62, Jeffersonville, IN. Many of our services can also be provided in the comfort and convenience of your home.
Dentistry
Report
Your pet's mouth is the most common place for potentially painful and serious problems to hide. That terrible smell and brown or green buildup on Muffy's teeth? That's hardened bacteria, a cake of infection called tartar. If you see that, look closely and you'll also see red, inflamed gums. Ignore it long enough, and those teeth become loose, painful, and potentially abscessed.
Surgery
Report
AVC offers a full range of surgical services, from routine spay and neuter to complicated soft tissue surgeries. We are adamant about investing in the best training and equipment to ensure any procedure performed on your pet is as safe and effective as possible.
