We were a historical client until recently. Called at 8 am on a weekday for help with a sudden and urgent illness with my dog. The office was unwilling to work us in without a scheduled appointment even though it was an extremely urgent illness (vomiting & bloody diarrhea). This is the second time in the last year this has happened. Two different pets; one with an urgent issue to diabetes and the second with a life or death gastrointestinal issue. We will NOT be a client any longer. They are fine for regularly scheduled checkups but no help or compassion in an emergency.

Friendly staff. Treated my puppy well. Reasonable prices and patient with all of my questions. I'm taking Chewy there again tomorrow to finish his last round of puppy shots.

Called today, because my Yorkie was not acting like normal. I have been a client before, so they are the vet I go to when my baby needs a doctor. I was told that the first appointment was June 22nd!!! I asked, since she is already a client of the vet, that I could get her in sooner since she wasn't well now? She told me that I hadn't been to them since 2018, as if that meant I wasn't important enough, or had spent enough money there to get a appointment for my sick dog. What kind of vet just leaves you with a sick dog and no appointment for a month? Latimer Animal Hospital, that's who. They should

Terrible! Totally misdiagnosed my kitten. Had us putting in medicine that was expensive and DID NOT WORK! When medicine did not work, they had us buy more. When her eye got really bad we called for an emergency visit we were told they couldnt get her in for a month with her eye ready to pop out of her head!!! Went to Shively Animal Clinic where they diagnosed her with a hole in her eye and told us that any Good vet should have caught it! The inside of her eye was trying to squeeze out through the hole. She had been in extreme pain this whole time.
