PURE PILATES is the only equipment-based Pilates studio in the Fredericksburg area. At PURE PILATES you will practice deep, healthy breathing techniques that are the key to sculpting a strong body from the inside-out. Valya's mantra, the slower you go the quicker you will see results, is true for firming abdominals, toning arms and legs and slimming hips and thighs.

The beauty of having small classes (5 students max.) is that you receive Personal Training in a small group setting. If you're new to Pilates equipment we highly recommend that you begin with an Introductory Private Package (3 Private sessions) in order to achieve your goals quicker. A: Absolutely! Pilates exercises are done slowly - the focus being on your core activation breath and body alignment.
