I am a certified Pilates teacher, a mobility specialist, and a health coach with extensive experience working with clients of all ages and fitness levels. Client will practice the Pilates method using the full suite of Pilates apparatus. Your training is tailored to your personal needs and goals. Ideal for everyone, from beginner to advanced clients, including clients with special conditions-pregnancy, post rehabilitation, Osteoporosis, Scoliosis, etc.
Class Schedule

Virtual classes require a Pilates mat or a cushion floor like carpet. Each class is a full body workout. Standing work is often incorporated. We use a various of household objects and small props, such as stretchy band, small stability ball, foam roller, small weights, Swiss ball, paper plates or gliders, towel, water bottles (as alternatives for small weights), chair, etc.

Cancelation is free when made 12 hours prior to your booked time. In case of late change of plan, contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your session. I always try my best to reschedule you and not charging you. If it is a late cancelation and we cannot agree on a time to reschedule then your session will be charged in full.
Free Virtual Class

New to virtual classes? Try a class for FREE. My virtual group classes are mat-based Pilates and Barre. We utilize simple household objects, such as sofa cushion, towel, dining chair, water bottles, food cans, and small Pilates props, including resistant band, mini stability ball, foam roller, Pilates ring, etc. Classes are limited to 10 students.
