He has a plaque on his wall that says he is very compassionate Doctor, and he is. He seems to to really care about his patients comfort. I would not be able to get through life if it were not for him.

I really like Dr Mallavaram. He listens to his patients and tries to find ways to help you feel better. This is all happening during the COVID impact - the communication between the office and my insurance company seems to be very slow. I am not sure where the fault lies in all honesty.

I am in severe pain all day long it is physically and mentally exhausting. I am tired all the time and at night pain keeps awaking me up. Pain medication don't do anything I keep getting them hoping they would help me. I have no idea what to do at this point. I want at least my hip injections to take away some of the pain but provider said no.
