When she's not tattooing, Jaclyn takes on commissions for portrait work, murals, and also offers mobile painting pARTies. Charles Eugene Reiter III aka Charlie is the newest member of The Ivy family.

Minors ID: Must have a recent Government or State ID or School ID. We will not Tattoo or Pierce a minor under the age of 16. Your tattoo was thoughtfully and carefully applied by a professional artist.
