Large size pizzas (16-inches) typically feed 3-4 adults and 4-5 kids, depending on how ravenous they are! A large pizza comes sliced into 12 pieces. We have 10-inch Gluten Free pizza crusts for those in your group who have allergies. If someone in your party has Celiacs disease (or any other allergy for that matter), PLEASE let us know so we can take extra precautions.

Use your hands to gently shape the dough into a disc, trying your best to keep the thickness of the dough even. Sprinkle some flour on a clean kitchen surface or a cookie sheet and coat the dough as well. Use your hands or a rolling pin to stretch the dough into a 10-to-12 inch circle depending on how thin you prefer your crust.
