Through the Pilates method, our goal at the Mindful Body is to help you achieve a stronger, agile and more flexible body and mind. Through this method you will begin to improve your coordination, posture, balance, and overall well being, no matter your age or fitness level.

Private individualized sessions are encouraged to begin your Pilate's journey, as this is essential to give each client the opportunity to meet their individual therapeutic and fitness needs.The Principles of this work, meant to condition the entire body include: centering, concentration, control, precision, breathing, and flowing movement.
