Avoid this place. Went there for their Fast Tag & Title Drop off. I was told the entire fee was $255.80 which was paid in full. When the tag was ready, I was told I owed an additional $180. I paid it but the staff refused to provide an itemized invoice.

My real estate agent recommended DTRT to us when we moved to Florida three years ago. Fortunately I have not had a claim against any of my policies, but the DTRT agents and staff have been extremely responsive to any of my concerns. My two daughters also moved to Florida. One moved from New York and the other from Nevada. They also are very happy DTRT customers. The daughter moving from Nevada had issues trying to obtain insurance through their existing providers. DTRT quickly resolved these issues.
