Services
Speech Therapy
Our speech-language pathologists address articulation, expressive/receptive language disorders, and fluency issues through personalized sessions. We utilize evidence-based techniques to improve communication skills for children with speech sound substitutions, vocabulary delays, or stuttering. Services include home-based and clinical settings with parental observation opportunities.
Occupational Therapy
Pediatric occupational therapy focuses on sensory integration, fine motor development, and daily living skills. Our therapists use therapeutic play and specialized activities to enhance hand-eye coordination, self-regulation, and independence in dressing, meal preparation, and hygiene routines for children with developmental challenges.
Physical Therapy
Physical therapy services develop gross motor skills, balance, and coordination through neurodevelopmental approaches. We address postural control, bilateral coordination, and reflex integration to improve mobility and functional movement patterns in children requiring gait training or strength development.
Home-Based Therapy
Home-based therapy sessions provide convenient, environment-specific treatment for speech, occupational, and physical therapy needs. This approach allows therapists to incorporate familiar surroundings into treatment plans while training families to support ongoing developmental progress through daily activities.
School Services
We deliver contracted school-based therapy services maintaining the same clinical standards as our clinics. Our therapists collaborate with educators to integrate speech, occupational, and physical therapy interventions into classroom environments, ensuring consistent support for students' developmental milestones.

I paid $175 for my daughter's evaluation and was told I would hear within a week from the front office to schedule her therapy. Her evaluation was on June 16th. Since Rio Grande is not taking AETNA insurance, I would be paying for all the sessions up front. I was calling weekly for updates on how soon we could schedule her and I kept getting different excuses such as "The therapist went out of town and didn't turn in his evaluation form ", "The office manager is now out of town and they're the ones that handle scheduling ". Finally on August 2nd I called back to find our what the delay was, and

The people that work behind the desk are unprofessional. They don't get things done when needed. As far as the therapists that work there they do a pretty good job working with children. It's just the people that are in charge with handling paper work do a poor job at it.

The speech therapist my child had was amazing with my child. Was very patient and got down to his level. My child was eager to go back. She made it fun and spaced a couple of minutes of playtime between activities to avoid distraction during the hands on. Unfortunately she moved, and my child really misses her, the new therapist works a bit different and doesn't seem that patient, my child got discouraged. Would still recommend.
