Aquatic therapy utilizes saltwater pool properties to reduce joint stress while improving strength and mobility. The controlled environment allows safe rehabilitation for post-surgical patients, arthritis sufferers, and individuals with chronic pain. Our program includes customized exercise regimens supervised by licensed therapists to enhance circulation, balance, and muscular endurance through water resistance.
Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy programs address musculoskeletal injuries, neurological conditions, and post-surgical recovery. Treatment combines manual therapy techniques with targeted exercise programs to restore function and reduce pain. Specialized services include sports injury rehabilitation, geriatric care, and vestibular therapy. Each patient receives a personalized plan focusing on measurable functional improvements and long-term wellness.
Pulmonary Rehabilitation
This structured program improves quality of life for patients with chronic respiratory conditions through supervised exercise and breathing techniques. Certified specialists use capnography training and energy conservation strategies to enhance lung function. The program benefits COPD patients, post-COVID recovery cases, and individuals with restrictive lung diseases through monitored cardiovascular conditioning and diaphragmatic breathing instruction.
Pelvic Floor Therapy
Specialized treatment for pelvic floor dysfunction addresses urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, and postpartum recovery. Therapists employ biofeedback technology and manual therapy techniques to restore normal muscle function. The program includes behavioral modifications and targeted exercises to improve pelvic organ support while addressing conditions like endometriosis-related pain and sacroiliac joint dysfunction.
TMJ Treatment
Our temporomandibular joint disorder program combines manual therapy with neuromuscular re-education to alleviate jaw pain and dysfunction. Treatment includes myofascial release techniques, joint mobilization, and postural correction to address symptoms like headaches, clicking jaws, and limited mouth opening. Therapists also provide ergonomic training and oral habit modification to prevent recurrence of TMJ-related symptoms.

A therapist here made my father's spinal fracture-related pain significantly worse. On the very first visit, they proceeded with aggressive and damaging hands-on neck manipulation while having an incomplete understanding of his condition, and showed a general lack of care and caution for such a sensitive and dangerous injury type. He suffered long lasting after effects, and later scans suggested that they actually made the fracture worse. If you want to be treated with care when undergoing physical therapy, avoid this place.

They do not enforce the mask mandate and allow customers to do therapy without a mask or with the mask under their chin. Whether or not one believes in the efficacy of masks, many of the people there are old and fragile, and it is mandated that masks should be used. I complained to my therapist about a woman that was close to me and appeared to defiantly not use a mask. My guy said some people say they don't use a mask because of pulmonary issues. I have COPD and wear a mask in public. I'm not willing to take the risk inherent with unmasked people in an enclosed area and have changed therapy companies

This is Greg Lennes - all I know is that I entered the rehab walking unassisted. I had to quit after three weeks of therapy. I was not able to walk without a walker. There was no individual attention in my case - very disappointing. Now I am in bad shape.

I didnt think Id be able to take care of my husband after shoulder replacement surgery. He outweighed me by quite a bit. Big thank you to Margaret (the RN), Dr. Dan (the PT), and Virginia (the CNA) for helping us get the apartment set up and giving me the support to do my part of the job. You wont find nicer, more responsive folks anywhere.

Waited almost an hour in the lobby and decided to leave instead. They told us to come in at 10:30 and waited till 11:25. There was nobody there when we arrived. About 10 other people arrived after us and they were all seen before us. We were left last. For being a therapy place where their goal is to fix your back, knees and neck it's surprising that they make people wait an hour in chairs that are very uncomfortable. I almost feel like I should get therapy for my back now. ;p

Home Health Team is unprofessional and have no idea on what they're doing. Corrine was very rude while assessing my dad. Do Not recommend. There are better agencies in town.
