Every varietal we carry is exceptional. We taste a lot of different coffees from folks all over the world. If it doesn't resonate with us and make us happy to drink it, we don't carry it. It's that simple. Once acquired, we tune each coffee in through small-batch, hands-on roasting, using our beloved 1951 cast iron roaster, smelling and tasting until it's exactly right.

We hand roast each bean from humble variety to super rare gem. We don't roast dark, we don't roast light. For us it isn't about the extremes it is about the subtleties. We carry as many as twenty varieties at one time, this is because each bean has a unique flavor and because we love what we do that much.
