Diamond (front)American Bulldog, Sophie and Mugsy were Boxers. They had the best care possible. We also had a Teacup Poodle, a Sheltie, a White Shepherd and my husbands Black & Tan, Guide Dog plus 3 cats. They all had exemplary care. Thank You BRVH !!!

They are excellent in taking care of our 2 Westies- Cody and Darcie. They get a thorough check up once a year and they are very responsive when I need meds or a cytopoint shot for Cody. I have never had any issues. The vets and the vet techs are very kind and helpful! I also use their online pharmacy which is reliable and offers occasional discounts on my seresto and heartworm meds.

The doctor was so nice. He was thorough and informative. I couldn't be more pleased with his services and even the vet tech we saw before him. However the office staff was not very welcoming or friendly. I was very disappointed. No one greeted us when we walked in even as my dog was terrified. I felt like a bother at the entry desk when signing in and asking questions. On our way out I stood at the desk waiting to check out and not one person said anything! No hello, no how was your appointment, nothing! I stood there for a good while before even being acknowledged to pay the bill.

The doctors have been excellent. We had to put our elderly beagle down during quarantine time and everyone there was so compassionate!!!! It made the sad experience go as well as it could! They gave us blanket to wrap her up in and also sent us a bereavement card signed by all the staff. They only issue I have is that it is hard to make appointments at times but I think thats everywhere right now.
