This was my first time here and the visit was great. Everyone was very friendly and you could tell they genuinely love helping animals. The doctor was very courteous and did a great job explaining things to me. I loved that Lin, the receptionist, didnt want me to leave until she got the chance to say hi and meet Luna. Great job to all of the staff!!

We have a new sick puppy and our current vet could not give us an appointment. We called Twinbrook and they were able to get us in. They were very friendly. The vet did not rush us and took her time to explain everything. We were very impressed with everyone we came in contact with. I would highly recommend. We are moving our other pets to Twinbrook.
