I ordered a set of basketball shorts and tops. When I got them, they did not match (two different shades of purple). So I called customer service. They recommended I choose another set. So, I ordered them. They too did not match... Then I went with a white set of shorts, but they were very short shorts and not basketball shorts (and did not match the white on the reversible purple/white basketball tops).
I finally ordered another set and they matched. When I called customer service about returning the first three orders, they said it would be no problem to return as their customer service rep recommended

Never had an issue picking up products from Augusta Sportswear for Painted Moose Graphics. Their service is always friendly and if they don't have the order up front, they track it down for me in the warehouse.

Was on hold for 30 minutes waiting for a tracking number. I finally hung. While you are on hold the rollover message says sorry for the wait we are popular. Should state sorry we are out looking for decent help.
