I ordered a sports team hoodie from D&M graphics. The placement of the numbers and last name on the back of the hoodie were not positioned correctly. I brought it to the companies attention and the solution they came up with was to remove the letters and numbers and reset it correctly, BUT a sticky substance would most likely be in the areas where the original numbers and letters were placed. I'm sorry, but nobody wants to wear a sticky sweatshirt! The girl at the front desk is basically the "gatekeeper" to the owner. I asked to speak to the owner/manager several times and asked

They were very patient and worked with me on what I wanted. Great customer service. I think I was in there for about an hour trying to get the sign for my daughter's birthday correct and the woman who help did not try and rush me. I recieved the sign pretty quickly (a few days at most). Now my daughter has an amazing keepsake grin her 15th birthday.
