I spent the majority of my life in the landscaping industry, and have always been interested in home construction, remodeling, and home building technology. Additionally, I am currently a member in good standing of The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, and I perform every inspection according to their specifications.

We are now Infrared certified and use infrared thermal imaging in every home inspection. Thermal imaging can sometimes help us to see things that aren't visible to the naked eye. While it definitely does not enable us to see through walls, it can help us to see moisture from a leak that isn't visible on the outside of the wall or ceiling.
