I'm currently in the processes of purchasing my second home and Steve has been the inspector on both properties. Professional and thorough on both occasions. He does a lengthily inspection, gives detailed reports and the reports have been available to us in a timely fashion. Will definitely recommend and use again if I buy a third property ^.^

Words can't even explain how glad I was to come across Steve's website for home inspection. He will walk you through the whole thing and explain to you what's good and legal. He's very wise and passionate about his job. As a first time home buyer, I feel like am playing the game safe. Truly blessed to have him by my side through the process. His input was straightforward and honest. Another thing I appreciated was his availability. It was hard to find a company who would travel a far distance...and in perfect timing!
