By the way, did you know that anyone can become a "Licensed" inspector in New Jersey as long as you go to a "Home Inspector" school and pass a test? Did you know that you're not even required to have construction experience?
In fact, I got into the construction industry in my teen years framing houses. I continued working with quality contractors who were building new homes, additions, renovations and remodels. I then started a residential and commercial construction business in 1986.
